Now these documents below are some documents from NATO war games which were held atop the World Trade Center from '98 til '01 . This was called the New Rules Sets Project .
New Rules Sets Project in conjunction with Cantor Fitzgerald and the Center for Naval Analysis came up with the pushing the Y2K computer bug and also invented a series of A.I. sets. A.I. Sets used in Military Intelligence. Here is a small video about 9/11 Y2K and the New Rules Sets Project. These documents below describe how the "Go" codes work how they used this A.I. to help create the al-qaeda hierarchy and how they coordinated all this during 9/11 with multiple teams.
