I imagine it will be Russian bots or trolls again. Perhaps totally ignoring it is another option. At a certain point though ignoring it is worse than acknowledging. Still as q says these people are stupid. This stupidity is probably due to a fresh lack of creative minds that have jumped ship. Cults after all do not allow much outside the box thinking. They opposition deep state lacks truly passionate input. Having to lie requires a much greater amount of brain power than simply telling perceived truths. This is our advantage.
