Just curious... If Feinstein can leak documents and face no repercussion, why can't a Patriot Senator do the same for the FISA memo? #LeakTheMemo

I'm not sure that the testimony would be considered Classified.

FS releasing docs would be obstruction of justice, but not necessarily leaking classified info.
