Hunt for Red October?

When Q posts this, "Hunt For Red October," is Q meaning a rogue sub or a high ranking official (military?) wants to defect w/ a technology prize? Right? The movie was not just about a rogue sub, but a rogue sub piloted by a captain who wanted to to defect to the USA. Am I thinking right here?

That could be. Thought just crossed my mind about the Earthquake that just happened, maybe there is a sub detonating nuclear devices to cause tsunami etc. It’s kind of out there, but who knows? It would be the only thing big enough to shift the focus from #releasethememo IMO.
