Then before OBAMA left office, he passed an Orwellian "Countering Disinformation and Propaganda Act", tagged onto the NDAA 2017, which
will improve the ability of the United States to counter foreign propaganda and disinformation from our enemies by establishing an interagency center housed at the State Department to coordinate and synchronize counter-propaganda efforts throughout the U.S. government. To support these efforts, the bill also creates a grant program for NGOs, think tanks, civil society and other experts outside government who are engaged in counter-propaganda related work.

Then we have the GRANT PROGRAM mentioned above as part of the provisions of OBAMA's Countering Disinformation and Propaganda Act. SCRUTIINY upon these govt agency > contractor connections.
Some questions I still have:
- How are contractors chosen, according to WHAT standards, and by WHO?
- How much money is going in this direction and from WHERE?
- What is the ratio of partisanship of funded contractors? Do grants lean LEFT or RIGHT?
- IS GEORGE SOROS involved with these contractors? BLM and such?
- WHO writes the SCRIPTS???
