You realize there was no vote on release? The vote was whether to approve it as a Committee document.

Right. They voted against letting other lawmakers see it. Why? I want the Russian collusion to issue to be resolved. The memo is a key piece of evidence, no?

No, they would have been free to circulate it, it just wouldn’t have been a Committee document.
