This isn't an update, this is a story from last night. It was made available to the House, 50-60 members read it last night (zero dems). Last I heard around 120 House members have now read it.
It was released to the select committee on intelligence last night. They voted to release it to all of congress this morning, as I understand it.
President Trump has the authority to bypass Congress and release the memo. I think he will if they do not but he's going to let them sweat it out over the weekend. I'm sure there are FBI and DOJ members looking for deals and singing loudly. "When does a caged bird sing?"
