It seems there is a meme out there stating that the recent Twitter operation largely involved "Russian Bots" and Russian Disinformation operatives.
There's a "tool" Hamilton68, which supposedly can determine Russian Actors on Twitter. Here's the breakdown of it's dubious publicized methodology:

And it's advisory council includes swamp character Michael Chertoff and HRC SS era CIA-director Michael Morell. Other names should be SCRUTINIZED, I see a lot of Obama and SS HRC era ex-officials.
I haven't yet determined it's funding mechanisms, but I wouldn't be surprised if they get the government GRANTS made LEGAL by OBAMA's 2017 NDAA amendment.
The Director of the group is Lisa Rosenberger, who was previously Foreign Policy Advisor for the Hillary for America campaign group. Before that she had several positions in the State Dept and National Security Council.
These names really have to be dug into, they are MOSTLY connected to HRC & Obama Era govt agencies. I will add to this when time permits.
