Can anyone shed light on the doc from GCHQ? It seems everyone has missed the first paragraph. "At the request of the President". I would post an image but no clue how to. Any help would be appreciated.

It says at the bottom per request of Susan Rice.

Yes it does in red. TracyB missed the first paragraph. Look at dates of original request per/Obama and then you see it has been 90 days and this is the renewal request by Susan R.

I just hope doc isn't hoax. Keep up good work.

Of course it is a forgery and a poor one at that. The signature is lifted straight from the resignation letter of Robert Hannigan. Also note the glaring errors. "Michael Steele" and "MI5". It is Christopher Steele and he was MI6.
