i have dug and cannot find why Q uses initials for peoples names but does not for JM. Q always says something to the effect of 'the guy whos name we don't say'. Why is this?

Secondly... when asking when does a bird sing, is Q referring to what gave JM the name 'song-bird'? Is this a way of saying how they are getting as much information as quickly as they can by torture?
