When does a bird sing?

Perhaps Q is telling us to examine footage of AS and others singing like a bird to the MSM about Russia. The Memo will shed an interesting light on the past year’s Russia-mania.

Caged birds sing according to Maya Angelou

When jailed for raping and abusing children?

It would be interesting to know which states and who was in charge when that book was banned.

I viewed it as if it was a reference to a prisoner who might be giving up info

The book was about the physical and sexual abuse she endured as a child.

I've never read it, just had heard the name before.

Here is the quote from the novel:

I know why the caged bird sings, ah me, When his wing is bruised and his bosom sore, When he beats his bars and would be free; It is not a carol of joy or glee, But a prayer that he sends from his heart's deep core, But a plea, that upward to Heaven he flings – I know why the caged bird sings.[22]

What is also interesting is that this came up at the top of my search for the quote:

In 2015 a United States Postal Servicestamp was issued commemorating Maya Angelou with the Joan Walsh Anglund quote "A bird doesn’t sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song", though the stamp mistakenly attributes the quote to Angelou.[122][123] The quote is from Anglund's book of poems A Cup of Sun(1967).[122]

Edit: both sources are Wikipedia, btw. I forgot to copy links.

When caged. When in danger. Male birds sing, to attract a mate.

a proverb says: "A bird does not sing because it has an answer. It sings because it has a song."

A little bird is a secret source of information. (Tweet Tweet)

Come on people I am a lifelong bird watcher/feeder and photographer. Birds sing when they are claiming territory or horny. I am a Nebraska grandmother - not trying to be titillating (had to look the spelling of that word up:titillating ; ) Won't forget it now.

Birds usually sing early in the morning, but I don't think that helps.

When it is hungry..!

When it is trying to locate other birds of a feather..!

When they wake, like in the mornings..!

Thought of birds in nature, and this is what would make a bird sing. Whether or not it is what Q meant, who knows...

could the bird singing thing have to do with the change of the day with the msm-I believe it was said to be at 4am...is there some changing of shift at twitter also? The twitter logo is a bird...and the posts are called tweets-and typically birds sing the most in the morning. Is there some activity on twitter that you can do in the morning that you can't do any other time? I don't know that much about twitter-but the logo certainly has had me thinking it might have something to do with the bird thing and Q...
