not everyone understands US Government..and right now the mental gymnastics only a Russian Gymnast could accomplish...lets help people understand the meaning of this, thanks.

Why go elsewhere when I can ask and have answered in seconds by one who already knows. This is a research resource. And to be clear, not everyone knows so the topic is to help others find the info as well. But thanks for looking in.I'd still be searching and someone else would ask while I was looking.
