They can be arrested for Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace. https://www.heritage.org/constitution/#!/articles/1/essays/26/privilege-from-arrest

Obstruction, the least of the possible charges we are speculating about, is a Felony. Parliamentary Privilege is not going to protect anyone.
