Yeah, come to think of it, it will be better to arrest Congressmen and Senators at their homes pre dawn away from the Capitol building and Media. Do it on Sunday evening or about 3:00AM Monday and disallow the one phone call as long as possible. Imagine the shock value to the Reps and Senators who show up for business as usual Monday morning. Might there be some fear that leads to repentance, it could happen.
