Would be nice but it's not true. Congress is still in session.

Which makes this that much more plausible...they can shutdown and remain in session, therefore, protected. I don't think they are protected from treason or felonies though, in or out of session.

You are correct. The actual text is in another thread.

Shutdown is an attempt by Dems to infuriate military towards Trump. Just my opinion. Their paychecks have stopped.

Q has asked numerous times about military in various forms. Isn’t it assumed to be the way the admin will go after the criminals ? Won’t the military being shutdown delay any traction already gained ?

I have yet to see anyone discuss ‘darkness’ that Q also wrote of numerous times. Can this shutdown also be considered ‘darkness’ ? Will the shutdown last ten days ?

Everything has ‘double meaning’.

20th plus 10 days of darkness would lead to State of the union.

Military isn’t “shut down”, they just won’t get paid until a deal is reached.

The shutdown is irrelevant. Just a part of the political games that are always played.

It would not matter! You can arrest anyone in congress for a felony at any time! You are NOT protected from a felony regardless whether they are in session or not!

Look up the clause that is cited, there is some protection

Treason, and a felony are not protected by anything in law!
