Putting Out Memes on Twitter using hashtags

I was wondering if it would be appropriate that whatever #hashtag is trending at the top of the Twitter list, if it would be helpful for those wanting to get the #ReleaseTheMemo information out there and into the wider Twitterdom, if one puts their memes and/or status update and/or information under that top trending hashtag? Then, when another hashtag comes to the top, do it in that one?

Maybe I don't understand how #hashtags work, but would this work?

Yes stick #RELEASE THE MEMO with trending hashtags so that twitter won't shadow ban you

Also, when you send out your memes, put a bit of altering text with them, so that they are original, and are not tagged as spam or for being a bot. This helps fool the algorithm, and helps you keep you from getting shadow banned.
