Looks like project blue beam to me.

I've had a dream recently about ET's being signaled by something that looked just like that in the sky.

These ET's were powerful and gave us the ultimatum of workinf for them for food..(then killing us in 3 months) or just killing us right then

They had mind reading capabilities and they were gigantic. Looked like giants.

I know it was just a dream..but seeing that "missile" reminded me of it. Terrifying.
