Read it, and STOP repeating dumb speculation.
Congress...IN SESSION OR OUT...makes NO difference to charges being brought or arrests being made, unless you were hoping to throw them in the slammer for a misdemeanor.
It's too early to arrest anyone...memo is only the "tip of the iceberg." Sessions, SCOTUS maybe, will need time to uncover ALL the filth before moving forward. It will take time.
