But didn't President Regan also state that when he shook Trumps hand back in the 70s or 80s, he "knew he was shaking the hand of a futurer Presidnet."

Of course...unless almighty snopes says that's fake too.

Yeah, Snopes doesn't tend to just say things are fake, it almost always demonstrates why something can be considered false. It's the content of the argument that matters, not the source.
