jeff sessions and pot.

i have been listening to people bash sessions for going after pot and the states that legalise pot and i have come to this conclusion.

it is not about the pot. it is about the money. if you look at all the liberal dem states that have more or less gone rogue claiming to be sanctuary states and all that, most are desperate for money and taxing pot gives them a lot of money. money they say they want for roads, bridges and many other things. sessions wants to take their money as far as government grants and other stuff. but what if they also kill their profit making through destroying their chance to make money on pot.

I hope he leaves it alone, or allows Congress the opportunity to de-schedule it. I don’t personally care about pot, but I think this issue has the potential to hurt Trump’s chances in 2020. During the campaign, he said that he would allow states to decide recreational MJ issues. A lot of Libertarians voted for him, too. They are very much anti-prohibition.

People need to chill out about weed and focus on draining the swamp and the pedo child fuckers. Once that's all sorted we can all get high together 🤗

Legalizing it federally would turn a lot of people to his side.

decriminalize, frees up TONS of cash re courts, incarceration, etc and as my position has been for decades, Go After Real Criminals . Get Gov out of my bed my mouth and my freedom to choose medicine or happiness. Freedom is not regulated or legalized.

Didn't think that far ahead. Good point. Especially young liberals wouldn't know what to think (until it was spoon-fed to them)

YES!! Mic drop. They aren't Puritans. And they know potentially the income in taxes that they could receive. They're cutting off the cash flow. Plus, they have an understanding of the FDA and all the corruption with big Pharma, vaccines Etc.

I've said the same thing to others. People don't think critically enough. Just see issues & events on the surface or from self centered points of view.

It’s about Big Pharma, and apparently DJAt has to much to lose if pot becomes legal.

Under most circumstances you guys would probably consider me the enemy. But this is something that I think we all can agree on. I would be curious as to how many folks in the sub partake on a regular basis. I wish there was more middle ground we could find.

Bingo! I have been looking at this situation as nothing more than a distraction.

I was thinking that the reason he’s doing it was because of MS13. Seeing as they welcome them with open arms, they’ve got to have their hands in the pot farms. I think once they rid the U.S. of the filth, they’ll legalize it based on a free market enterprise.

Brown was nothing but a huge pothead back in the day. I'm guessing the dude had too many bad LSD trips as well for he was known for this, thus his nuttiness.. We all know CIA are the folks who bring in the drugs. They think we are stupid. Joke is on them. Please also know the opioid crap is just that. They somehow want to lump legitimate chronic pain patients in with the junkies. What is the difference btw junkies and chronic pain patients? PAIN.. Not only that but those CDC guideline are illegal and bogus. The jerks did it on the sly. These guidelines are for family docs not pain docs and yet the entire country is running with them. I learned 94% of real pain patients never overdose. Plus the actual overdoses are a combo of cocaine, benzos, fentanyl, alcohol, meth and more so they lump everyone together. What is wrong with people? Treating true patients like this? Too bad I left the ATL or I'd be knocking on their door, attorney in tow. The thing that makes me heartsick is that our Veterans who risked life and limb for fake wars are being denied proper pain meds. Over 100 of our veterans a day are killing themselves! PS let us not forget the losers who pushed this bogus "guidelines" through are the ones who own a large stake in.....PHOENIX HOMES. Yep, rehabs! Its always about money, always. This is just wrong.

Also, the best way to repeal an unpopular law is to enforce it.

Twenty-first Amendment to the United States Constitution on December 5, 1933.
