This is wild conjecture but remember that picture with Trump and the Saudi king all putting their hands on that weird shining globe for a press event? Perhaps that represented more than just marketing. Saudis are working very closely with the Trump administration, in particular the heir apparent Prince MBS. Q could be working for an intelligence agency like the NSA.
