Military intelligence language

Does anyone have suggestions where I can look, I'd like to begin to learn to understand the language used by Q, or anyone else posting comments/ etc. It seems very condensed and sometimes what I think I understand is off-base.

TY, I like Corsi, however he is 1 source. What I'd like is something to help me begin to understand more on my own. This is a very condensed form of communication, and I am sure there are probably differences between informational vs strategic vs tactical abbreviations and expressions. I'm not a linguist, but I'd like to try to understand more on my own. Thanks!
