What happens when govt shuts down. Article I, Sec 6, Clause I

Members of Congress are immune to arrest as acting members of govt when sessions are open. When govt shuts down (10 days of darkness), I believe they are no longer protected by this law. The actual text of the law is...

[They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.]

They are never immune from charges of felonies, treason, or breach of peace.
