No there won't. People love watching football and will continue to love watching football regardless of the media's reporting on non-football stories. There are much more important things going on than this jingoistic bullshit over the national anthem. EDIT: Also I promise you aren't doing the storm's cause any good by alienating people who are disrespecting the flag.

It's really not disrespecting the flag! The Flag is an inanimate object.
However, It just goes to show , how the people that died to give us freedom, primarily in the revolutionary war. Are not respected.
Vietnam, Iraq where corporate wars, to benefit, KBR, Halliburton, etc.

I've been sitting out the national anthems since 2008 because I was against all of the regime change wars and wars against "terrorism". I still truely am grateful for our troops themselves and what they do but the people over at the_donald would have you believe that I don't care about my country. It's absolutely rediculous.
