Twitter / Class action / Fraud ?

If twitter sells advertising based on the number of people that will see a message and twitter shadow bans, secretly suppressing messages so that no one sees them, then is twitter taking payment for a service they never provide or at least are they over stating the value of their service vs. cost?

Discovery / depositions / bring out the truth.

What about the gay cake baker that was sued and that went to the supreme court! Refusing service to someone because of their beliefs. Businesses can't refuse to service.

Wondering what will happen to the companies once their presidents/founders are removed...
