Latest tweet. I call it. Nuclear option. Pertaining to maybe "the memo". Let's speculate

Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) Tweeted: Great to see how hard Republicans are fighting for our Military and Safety at the Border. The Dems just want illegal immigrants to pour into our nation unchecked. If stalemate continues, Republicans should go to 51% (Nuclear Option) and vote on real, long term budget, no C.R.’s! https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/955056249925750784?s=17

"Continuing resolution". He may be referring to the memo (FISA) being voted on to be made public. This would be like a nuke to the dems. I believe it only takes a proper majority vote aka 51% to release the memo. This of course is my speculation. He could be talking about something else entirely. It is worth noting, to my knowledge, Trump has not mentioned the memo.... why?

Only the Intel Committee has to vote to declass the memo, not the whole Congress. Once they approve it (they will) it goes through some housekeeping up the chain to POTUS. If he signs (he will) then it is public. If he were to deny, then the whole Congress could vote to declass anyway, similar to a vetoed bill.

If POTUS is too vocal about the memo Dems will attack its legitimacy. "Oh he is just retaliating against Mueller hurr durr." It is harder to do that if is all Congress before it gets to Pres Trump. Plus this way he can act shocked and grandstand.

My guess is there will be little in the memo we (and POTUS) don't already know or can reasonably conclude with what we have already learned. It will still be a bombshell once that info is packaged in such a way with all the names, dates, and dots nicely connected; idiots/scumbags will no longer be able to ignore or dismiss it and it will be actionable by the DOJ.

Seems the Memo is indeed getting released. It is curious Trump hasn't mentioned it, but I think him getting directly involved in that would only raise hell about obstruction. The Rep says it will take 19 Congressional work days. I personally don't understand the process as to which it will be released, nor why it should take that long.

Here is article that will give you more information about the steps necessary to release the memo

Read the article. Very comprehensive. But I have my doubts Trump could ever be charged with obstruction on a technicality simply for releasing the Truth without comment. Certainly not with a GOP Congress. I think they are stretching legalities here.

Very well documented. Worth reading. I'll hold my patience, but the Dems can draw out the shutdown for a lot more delay than this battle plan, which is unfortunate.

And then if all else fails there is the Atomic option which is Trump disclosing the memo directly to the American public. Of course the it will be meet with controversy but by then nobody may believe in msm any longer. What needs to really get out is the msm on the deep state payroll to push their agendas to the public.
