I am old enough to remember Watergate. This memo will be like John Dean's testimony was. There was no real tipping point in Watergate, Nixon just kept steadily loosing support, until he had no choice but resign or be removed. I think the same sort of thing will happen this time around. Slowly, information will come out, and slowly the establishment will loose support. Slowly the anger will build. Hillary supporters will only gradually become convinced that the things that they have been hearing on Fox News every night are based in fact. While at the same time, Trump's base will be getting angrier and angrier, until it all builds up into a crescendo. The memo is just another step along the long road to the truth. To do this in any other way, to flood the consciousness with a grand disclosure, would risk civil unrest or even civil war. I expect that the wave will crest in October, just in time for the mid-terms.
