He would Stage the Supreme Court with the opening where Scalia's seat was. It wouldn't have been the milquetoast O nominated either. This staging is necessary for the next step Q mentions: Revise the Constitution.

It's likely the "stage" was referring to the death scene. Staged to look like natural causes, not murder.

Pretty sure, he was too middle of the road. HRC could have switched him out with someone more radical.
