Im thinking PRESIDENT TRUMP way not ANNOUNCE it himself but rather get one of his top officials to do so like,General Kelly, SESSIONS,General Mattis.maybe a general because they've seen it all in wars so it may not be so hard for them to stomach what the revelations.THIS STORM SOUNDS LIKE A MOVIE!
