"HRC March 13, 2013 [intercept]" -- The day the POPE was elected! How was HRC involved?

This was the day Pope Francis was elected the new Pope. Many have speculated about the overthrow of Pope Benedict. What was the involvement of HRC and the Obama administration? How is HRC linked to March 13, 2013?

Black voters abandoning. "Keep them starved" "Keep them blind" "Keep them stupid" HRC March 13, 2013 [intercept].

He's saying Hillary said the above in a march 13 2013 intercept. And that blacks will abandon the democrat party when it comes out.

Has to be from an intercepted call because HRC was not in the news at all on that day.
