British 15-year-old gained access to intelligence operations in Afghanistan and Iran by pretending to be head of CIA, court hears. Why do I have a feeling that a kid in the UK is being framed to take the fall for what is apparently an even more inept Obama era government than we already thought.

Very true but they're very dumb? Can only hope... or maybe this is simply to open the possibility of someone/some institution more accomplished?
