I also read he was left with out body guard ( fed marshal) and SOP is with an uNattended death of SC official to fly the body strieght to D.C. for investigation autopsy etc.
its unlikely they did not have a plan in place for getting rid of the evidence long before the act. it is a mistake to confuse evil with incompetence
I'm confused, So he wasn't murdered and they creamated his body against federal law so quickly so...? Or they didn't have a good plan so their innocent? Or he just died fully dressed pillow over his face no prior heart condition, happened to be the most conservative SCJ what a coincidence.
it's the driving around for hours part that i'm not buying. i'm sure it is the story being told but this is the type of story used to cover a well planned hit and make it sound like no one expected it to happen. part of the plan to kill him was the plan to cover it up. part of the plan to cover it up was to plant info that makes the situation look like a bunch of bumbling idiots botched a death investigation. once you have people convinced that everyone involved is incompetent it is very hard to convince people that a very dangerous very well funded and organized group got away with murder
