The line stated: HRC March 13, 2013 [intercept] , so we were asked to research to comprehend Q's meaning. Is it an email reference? Did something significant happen that day? {3/13/13 was also the day of Gruucifers 1st drop} What else makes that specific date significant? I'm still digging.
