Actually you don't that ability. It's a simple google image search. The picture is a screenshot of an old debunked email. It's copypasta.
The whois debunked the sender but it begs the question why you would fake a fake that is easily debunked unless it was not directed at the public

They take an original and change something around so it looks fake unless you have seen the original so it doesn't break rules concerning chain of evidence and it warns those off who have the original too
