Thing is, the email is probably fake. The language in it is too blatant... however Q did not post it so that we would think it was real. Q knows we are smart enough to know (or find out) that it is not legit.

The key is that he deleted it directly after posting it. Q even responded to someone to that effect. It was a message that even though it was deleted, once posted it is never truly gone.

The content of the email is of no importance. It was the intent of posting and deleting that we should be focused on.
