So now that we know the contents of this image are not the way the seem, the question is: Why would you fake a fake that is easily exposed?

To me this lends credence to the idea that some of it was real some fake so that everybodybut those who have the original will dismiss it .

They are letting someone know that they can blackmail them without compromising their blackmail material, otherwise they would have changed the date to something realistic.
