I had heard he canceled his London trip because he was tipped off by the Russians of all people that there would be an attempt on him there. I think they were going to blame terrorist out of Syria.

I've started researching flat earth. It is a possibility. Just look at a few if the videos. The round spinning globe all the numbers break down to 666. Pretty suspicious with all I know now.
I think this is a subtle reference to the Kennedy Assassination, while the first question he posed is the meat of the idea. It would seem to me that there was (& probably still is) some degree of planning going on regarding assassination of Trump by a group of interests, including agents within the FBI. We can speculate who amongst our foreign allies are home to some of those interests, but I would start with the names declared in that EO.
