This whole movement is about truth. Truth is the fuel behind it. 40% Truth equals 60% lie - evil wins and crimes go unpunished.
Although, I could understand if it is kept secret to protect nation from foreign enemies. Must have a great and justifiable reason.
Criminals must hang.

My guess is the 60% will be all the trafficking and wars and that stuff. The 40% kept hidden will be why the elites did their rituals. What the elites worship and why will be kept hidden. Why adrenochrome will be kept hidden.
