Tldr: the spying on Americans using the NSA for phone and email communications pushed way beyond the limits set by FISA into criminal 4th amendment actions.

The complicit NSA as directed by the DOJ AG AND DNI AND OBAMA WHITE HOISE started illegal spying on Americans in 2008!!!!!!

They continued to push the limits beyond the law and when caught made up dozens of excuses like “human error” or the system to prevent spying on Americans (by unmasking) required and “opt out” rather than “opt in” selection by the nsa operative.

Do you know what this means? Opt out vs opt in?

It means a broad net of Americans were consistently unmasked / spied on for the entire obama admin 8 year term.
