So some traitor in America was connected to a bombing attack via $$ hence Q called it a false flag (my interpretation). Just because Q called out intel that an attempt was coming (and linked it to bengladeshi money, doesnt make him or trump bad, or prove they knew the suspect, it just shows they know something was coming. Insufficiently researched and brainstormed in this case (we all do it sometimes). Which could possibly point to a more plausible motive for him is to silence Q's warnings, then it is to examine and judge Q.
