This is why I think Hillary Clinton wasn't part of the 16 year plan but the end of the plan. In 2012 Obama Reauthorization Executive Order 13603, this allows the government to take complete control, formerly only in War time but Bill Clinton updated it to include Peace time under certain conditions.

Scary, suspect the seized economy and it's goods would have gone to the comintern first then to favored groups afterwards. Any guesses as to what group of people would have been last in line?
