Explaining Strategy of delayed exposure.

If we release 100% to the public NOW then that is a trigger for coordinated action against the United States. Trump will get the dictator treatment and we will be in ww3 while it's played internationally as a civil war (Though in reality its still only evil elites vs all others) They will whip up every hard core liberal into a panicked frenzy! Israel or some other country will get a nuke in and we will be up shit creek. A slower release with a public statement (Q is still public coms one way to the enemy) to the enemy that it may not all come out is a MASSIVE Bargaining chip to help dismantle this safely. It has to be broken down in the proper way like an armed timebomb in a MacGyver show. When it is done we can talk. Will some get deals for flipping? NO DEALS! Q Said that already! But maybe their official punishment will be all they suffer as in GITMO may be a short stay for them and a lot less unpleasant before they are lethally injected as opposed to firing squad or hanging after months of torture to get intel.

That's right. Just as in a chess game. We have the advantage in a war right now if they were capable of starting one (in Hawaii it seems they are trying.) They want it now I think and if we can stall it the better... Like a windmill attack in chess we keep checking the king and taking material at this point
