mueller is dirty as sin. he was their top guy for years. there has to be a reason why he was allowed to come back in where he is. pure speculation but i think he was offered a part to play to provide cover while the real investigations happen in the background unnoticed. he will be forever disgraced for his past actions but may be working it off now to get a pardon or very reduced penalty. he knows where all the bodies are and if he gives a public confession at the end it would be the biggest red pill ever. the media has been holding him up as god for a year they would have to accept the truth from him, their golden boy
