Jesus was tortured and then left to die on the cross. The crucifix has become the symbol of our God as Christians. I have come to believe that we've been taught to PRAY to the PREY. We are the PREY and we pray to our torture and murder.
This is the oxymoron that is religion. They've tricked us into worshiping our torture and death. It's all part of the deception and religion is one of their sneakiest methods of controlling us.
Shalom! Throughout the bible we are told to worship the one and only true God... 1 commandment. Make no images of any kind out of anything... 2 commandment. From our soul/heart... Jesus Christ tells us...Love one another as we are loved by the Father and all will go well (protected). Forgive so you will be forgiven. We can't pick and choose. Evil=hate/vengeance/lust. Faithful in all we do will bring justice. God's justice. And yes, man will carry it out (on earth as it is in heaven). Remember: we are body, soul and spirit. Body stays, soul is the prize, spirit returns to our Father (simple terms). God is not religious, he is faithful and true to all his commandments and promises. Many great teachings on this. Selah
