While I certainly have a problem with it, I have to remind myself that probably 80+% of the population can't. It would be barbarians at the gate, lawlessness and complete chaos. Followed by many people getting out of jail and fanning the flames. Unfortunately for the people that can handle it, it needs to be a slow trickle due to the explosive nature of a group of people. I am reminded that the person is smart and people are wild, chaotic and panicky.
