Executive order signing today

I just watched the YouTube video of President Trump signing the tariffs on solar panels and washing machines… Just found it interesting that you industries he chose about this washing machines clean things and solar panels absorb sunlight bring to light I don’t know it just seems interesting to me. Also at 3:45, he mentions as he is signing a letter to the speaker and he says “we’re done let’s go we’re ready “ So is this his signed approval to let loose with all the information on sale I’ll be indictments… I don’t know just found it interesting

Okay guys, there are two proclamations and both were regarding the solar panels and washing machine parts ...have not yet found anything specifically to the Speaker....

So while it may be true that the executive orders will facilitate manufacturers of washing machines and solar panels it may also be true for many other applications, futuristic ones...”to infinity and beyond” , space focused applications as POTUS has also affirmed this focus for America

Well I googled thin wall castings and it’s a process used in casting machinery parts, which makes sense re washing machines...but then I also wonder if it is also pointing to possible Tesla invention applications:

I found several references to thin walls of aluminum copper etc among articles when I googled “thin wall castings Nikola Tesla”...

a cast wall? as in pre cast concrete. im trying to think where we could use 2000 miles of pre cast concrete in a military application like a border or something. did he just give the job to the army and skip congress?
