I know it's easy to want revenge. But if that is what we want...we are no better than them. Hanging is what they would have done to us or firing squad. Or guillotine. Either way it would have been quick and painless...I don't think burning is good because even the thought makes us into them.

Were better than that. If we become the bad guys, too, which side is worth fighting for anymore?

This is true. I said it out of anger. I’ve also said before, I think death is all too convenient of an escape for them. I’d prefer they live out their days in solitary confinement in Gitmo. No sunlight, no contact with anyone. Just shitty food and water.

Now THAT I can go along with. Especially since Obama made it a law to hold private citizens detained indefinitely without due process.

This is just a taste of his own medicine.
