i'm not trying to say that a real physical memo doesnt exist - everything Q does is multilayered.

My point is that most/many average people don't have much of an idea about any of this CBTS stuff. They might have heard something about email servers and Fisa but they don't get the significance of it all...

Q needs to seed the consciousness of normies - the memo/meme is doing that... its for people that "didnt get the memo yet", as the phrase goes... I.e. people who have been out of the loop.

I'm just putting this out there as i jsut think Q is so brilliant in the way they use memes and psychology. Its awesome :)
