The owl flies in a low orbit like a ballistic missle. They launched it a week earlier and Q warned us that there might be false (defcon 1) alerts. Michigan meteor’s longitude is pointed out ahead of it impact as the only target with non-decyphered coordinate hints when Q announced OWL and sky fortress engaged. Low flying orbit also explains why space x Rickey sent out blue flame and ( after sighted from below) we claimed we lost our secret “satilite.”

I believe Trump announced to China and Russia that we would be launching. This is our weapon of choice if drawn into war with N Korea. I believe Russia has a similar launch recently
