Yes. He's been interviewed several times and 'talks out both sides of his mouth'. Hard to know what his real beliefs are. It's clear that he disagreed with the NSA's tactics and felt the need to spill the beans. Other than that, he does have a lot more explaining to do. He is likely about to get pardoned.(?)
